Walking Up That Hill

Myself and Lucy met at Gateshead Leisure Centre, to meet members of Save Leisure Gateshead. This a group of residents keen to raise awareness of the potential closure of Gateshead Leisure Centre.

We picked out the streets that we would cover on the map (very organised and highlighted the areas that had been covered)

We were met by Kristi and made our way in the sunshine, with a leisurely walk up and down the hilly streets of Gateshead.

We had a lovely morning, walking and chatting along the way. Considering we had picked up a large pile of leaflets at the beginning, we were only left with one at the end!
