Unpalatable

Four runners braved the weather to meet at Winton Recreation Ground.Lea,Janet,Keith and Daryl made there way round the back of the recreation Ground to a Big shed where we meet Tess from Prama Care who run a Mens shed where men can come together to help stop loneliness they Make furniture out of pallets and sale the furniture on market place you must check it out they are very good .We soon set to work dismantling the pallets it was a good work out on a Saturday morning ,the time soon sped by and we were saying our Goodbyes.
