After introducing myself and a little chat with Mr A, i set about the task in hand. After no time at all we were fine tunning the trolleys set up to be as close to his previous model as possible. Now having worked out the details and a little test run around Mr A was now more than happy with his new improved moddel. We continued engaging in a very mixed and friendly conversation after which time I took my leave.... Ramon
