It was a lovely sunny morning for a bit of GoodGyming! We met at Crystal Palace Museum to help clear out the water tower which will hopefully soon be turned into an accessible and exciting addition to the museum. It's currently full of ivy, soil, rubble and tree roots which needed removing.

Shout out to Amber and Nelson for joining us for their first GG sessions! 🔥

Armed with shovels, a pick axe, a shopping basket and a bunch of buckets, we cracked on.

🌱 Carla was with pulling up ivy and weeds and found a tiny baby shoe!

🪓 Nelson was smashing some thick roots to pieces with the pick axe.

✂️ Amber and I were snipping out chunks of rooty soil for....

🍂 Cat to sieve through with the shopping basket!

John from the museum trust told us interesting facts about the tower's history and an hour absolutely shot by. Luckily we've got a few more sessions in the diary to continue the job but we made some really good progress today!

Nice one guys 👌
