1 GoodGymer made their way to help the Forest Rec junior parkrun in Derby.

Today I joined a group of other volunteers to encourage twenty juniors (and a few smiling parents) to complete the 2k course at Forest Rec junior parkrun. Everyone enjoyed themselves.
If you'd like to do something very similar next Sunday (22nd January) at Markeaton, then do join us for Gwyn's group run which will be great fun.
