Too Much Thyme

Had an easy cycle down to Mrs D who kindly let me store my bike in her garden. Mrs D is a keen gardener but a run of ill health and reaction to treatments means she is currently unable to cope and things have got behind. First job was to re-pot a large thyme plant. I was telling Mrs D about other projects we do and she kindly donated a piece of the thyme to a GG project of my choice. We then went on to re-pot a few other plants. Chatting amenably away it became apparent that she got as much out of having someone to talk to as she did having help with the garden and in return I have been learning a lot about plants from her. It was a nice session marred only by a sudden downpour 10 minutes before we were due to finish and we had to stop early so I owe her time/thyme in more ways than one. 😃
