5 GoodGymers made their way to help the Team Springboard CIC in Coventry.

5 Goodgymers went to the Team Springboard allotment on a sunny spring morning to support with gardening tasks. Our tasks for the day were to redefine the borders and weed around the vegetable beds and flower borders. Once we had finished we had time for a lovely cup of tea and a biscuit in the sunshine. Fantastic weather for one of our favourite Goodgym tasks!
