4 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Newcastle.

The wind and rain largely stayed away on a pleasant morning at Mowbray Park junior parkrun, on a day on which everyone learned that time keeping at parkrun isn't that difficult and that wearable tails can actually look quite stylish.
Four GoodGymers helped make a real difference to ensure that the event could go ahead safely.
