3 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Bexley.

Here's what Mrs S of DA15 had to say about the mission:
Mrs S called to say she was so thankful to the work the runners did to help. Great work!
Sarah, Sarah and Johnny went to help tidy the garden for Mrs S in Sidcup.
Johnny quickly got underway with the Flymo, bringing the overgrown lawn into better shape.
Meanwhile, provided with a somewhat random set of tools, the Sarahs set to work on the moss and weeds in the patio. Johnny joined in after completing his lawn-mowing duties.
An hour and a half later the garden was looking much more spring-tastic.
