3 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Hounslow.

Luis, Harvey and I met Amanda at the Chiswick Christmas Flower Market and got to work helping with the clear up.

Amanda and the local volunteers who arrange the market on the first sunday of every month have now got the set up and pack down of the market down to a tee. Our jobs were to take down the bunting and banners and remove the barriers.

Harvey and I got the banners and barriers and Luis was a dab hand at bunting retrieval with a giant pole.

Task done we had the obligatory group pic and were on our way.
