The Runaway Bride!

Today on a cold, bright morning at Catton Parkrun, Brad, Emily And Elizabeth volunteered on a special Wedding themed Parkrun for regulars Simon and Anna who get married later today. Many runners and Volunteers dressed for the occasion, hence my elderly auntie look on the photo. 547 ran, jogged, walked the course today, Goodgymers Stephen and Katy achieved PBs, Bill, Jasmine, Claire, Catherine (and William), Kev, Dave T where doing their thing today. Hayley also took part in Parkrun Singapore 🇸🇬 in warmer weather than us, well done. Bill also met an Ipswich Goodgymer tourist running today, although he was wearing his running club t-shirt, he recognised those red and black GG tops. He was running his 333rd Parkrun, what an achievement. It was lovely trading GG notes. Volunteering is an important part of Parkrun, without them the event could not take place.
