The robin and the brambles

2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Islington.

Frances and Mridula got on their bikes to Cannonbury for a pre-Christmas mission in Mr S's garden.

The garden had a lot of weeds and brambles and needed a good clear out, so we decided to focus on one section to start with and set off to work, pulling our weeds, snipping brambles and destroying the home of some poor snails. We also had a festive visitor in the shape of a little robin, who seemed quite curious about what we were up to and at one point decided to sit on the end of the broom!

With the first section cleared, we said our goodbyes and headed off for more missions or for the train home for Christmas!
