This was a lovely mission - to help with stewarding a play at Stephens House and Gardens, where GG Barnet have helped out a lot over the years.

We showed up 15 minutes before the gates opened and were met by Mel, who showed us what to do. The task itself was simple, showing the audience to their seats and explaining about social distancing, where the toilets were etc.

Then we got to watch the play, Renaissance. It was spectacular - I won’t ruin it with plot details because you should definitely see it for yourself! Such fine acting and in a lovely venue, the Bothy garden.

After the play, we helped people find their way out and picked up a few bits of litter (it was a GG task after all, they usually involve picking some litter along the way!)

It was such a rewarding and fun task - thanks Paul for organising. And well done to everyone involved in putting on Renaissance - what a fantastic performance!
