What appeared to be a simple task turned into a hunt for Mrs S’s car keys as she’d not been able to find them after returning home last night.

A fruitless search in her home was followed by a walk over to the garage to see if she’d left them in the car but no joy.

We returned to her home and searched all the rooms and various bags before I spotted a jacket hanging in the hallway. I asked Mrs S what she had been wearing the previous evening and she confirmed that she was wearing the jacket I’d spotted and on checking the pockets she found her car keys.

So we headed back out to the garage where I hung a ball from the roof so that she knows when to stop when she’s parking her car.

She gave it a test run and was very reassured with the result. Now that she’s found the keys she is planning an evening out tonight and hopefully will find parking in the garage easier when she returns home 😉
