Two hardy GGers got their training on this week with a final countdown (or up) set of exercises over the week.
The challenge was to complete:
7 ... a 7k run, walk, ride (or mixture) 6... 6 squat jumps 5... an activity that contains the number 5 4 ... 4 burpees 3 ... a 3k run, walk or ride (or mixture) 2 ... 2 rounds of 20 star jumps 1... a 1 minute plank
Jon's effort was:
"Monday 1 visit to my parents while walking
Tuesday 2 activities in one day (a run and a walk)
Wednesday 3 hour walk
Thursday 4 mile walk
Friday (clutching at straws) I finished a walk in 1:14:05 (it's the :05 that counts)
Saturday - walked 3 laps of bolam lake in 60 mins (ish... forgot to start my Garmin)
Sunday - ran 7km (4.35m)"
