This week's fitness challenge was to complete a timed 5km as fast as possible. Well done to everyone who took on the challenge, you are all brilliant! I don't know about you but 5km felt A LOT harder than it usually does when I tried to pick up the pace.

Matt did his 5km as part of the GoodGym 5km Elimination Race and got a snap of alpacas to boot. Mel completed a good deed in the middle of her 5km. Everyone else battled a variety of hot sun, headwind, dodging other people and traffic lights slowing them down.

The semi non-traditional leaderboard is below, including a few maths problems for some people's times! Of course, we aren't about winners here, so well done to everyone who took part!

Matt: 21 minutes 46 seconds

Richard B: 22 minutes 11 seconds

Shona: 22 minutes 49 seconds

Maddie: 23 minutes 37 seconds (while not feeling 100%!)

Sarah: 24 minutes 3 seconds

Lisa: 30 min on the dot!

Matthew: 32 minutes 34 seconds

Julie: 36 minutes 30 seconds

Melanie: 54 minutes 42 seconds

Roz: 5km at 100 miler 'race pace' !

Alex: 5km while getting her ice cream (see picture evidence!)

Tim: 2 minutes for every Tuesday not at a GoodGym group run or community mission...
