1 GoodGymer made their way to help the Catton Park in Norwich.

The last Parkrun of 2023 saw the rain falling lightly on 309 people , which seems to be the norm just lately, rain rain rain. The course was very muddy so you had to be very careful. Today saw Catton Parkruns course record broken! Well done. Everyone did well today, and although it stopped raining on the way round we were still damp. Goodgymers running today Johnathan, Alina, Roisin & katie Loftus ( welcome back) Well done to everyone & happy new year to, see you on 1st those attending the New Year’s Day Catton Parkrun
