The Cauliflower Cheat Code

If you have ever done shopping for Ms N of South Ealing, you will know that you probably won't get Sainsbury's Cauliflower & Broccoli either in South Ealing, Ealing Common or Acton Town. Luckily enough, this veg mix in my local Sainsbury's. This time I got it in advance, knowing it will be on Ms N's list. She was delighted to see her favourite fresh veg mix delivered before the shopping even started.

The list was short and sweet although it still required me to go to four locations: Sainsbury's (you must be thinking by now I sold my soul to Sainos!), Co-Op, the Indian grocery store and a pharmacy. Today I went to a different pharmacy because Ms wanted to try Ensure (that supplement drink for max gainz!) in strawberry flavour. They had it but only in 4-packs and a bit pricey. Ms N was ok with that as that Ensure batch will last her for longer (and maybe save some GoodGymers trips to the pharmacy!).

I don't know which god of shopping looks after me (Hermes?) but he rewarded me today with some freebies at one of the South Ealing stores. The shopkeeper gave me a few chocolate bars and soft drinks (not expired yet!). The amount of sugar in each would probably knock me out, so I redistributed them between Ms N, my mates and fellow coffee shop regulars who I hope will enjoy the treat.
