Today's mission highlight took place in Boots where Mrs M had asked me to collect her prescription medicines before I headed to the world's politest supermarket for her weekly food shop and water carrying.

As I waited for the pharmacist to locate the necessary packs, she asked what relation I was to Mrs M, and when I told her I was from GoodGym and was here to do her shopping and pick up her prescription on the way, the assistant just turned and said "that's so nice". Sometimes it really can be the smallest things that make the biggest difference.
