On a bright, sunny Sunday, Sam and I met with another regular volunteer at St Faiths church to sort out the donations that were coming in for GROAD.

There was a steady stream of donations and as well as sorting out the incoming items into men’s, women’s, children’s and shoes, there were the pre-sorted bags to hang up for the refugees coming to browse.

Having packed away the most recent items and displayed the rest on rails and tables ready, the hall was ready to welcome those coming to visit tomorrow.
