2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Southwark.

Anna and Sam went to Mr. S to help move his hospital bed from his bedroom upstairs.

They spent the first half an hour discussing with Mr. S and his wife what the plan should be as there wasn't any room for his hospital bed. They discussed and decided to get rid of the sofa and coffee table and then proceeded to move the hospital bed downstairs. It took a while to get this all going as we had to unscrew the sofa legs to ensure it could fit out of the flat and dismantle the hospital bed in half, so that it could fit out of the room.

All in all, Anna and Sam used up the full hour and a half to complete the task, yet there may be more to it.
