This evening’s task saw us return to the lovely charity, Motherwell where we had a great task of being Vinted sellers for the night!!

Before getting started on the task.Karen, Nigel, Maurice, and Nicola set off for a nice evening walk. The weather was cool but dry tonight and made for a pleasant walk. We headed down towards the park and then did a circular route back up Valley Road and back to Motherwell. I know I say this every week, but it truly always is a pleasure to catch up with everyone and hear about what they’ve been up to in the past week. You don’t even notice how much time has passed when you’re busy chatting and before we knew it, we’d done 2 miles and were back at Motherwell.

Tonight’s task was to take photographs of a rather large pile of clothes, and make a list of all the item details ready for Motherwell staff to load onto the Vinted site. It was a fun task and we all found the roles that seemed to suit us best. Karen (who has the neatest handwriting I’ve ever seen) documented all the item particulars, I took the photos and Maurice put the items onto hangers and styled them - and very good he was at it too! I think you may have found a new vocation in life there Maurice. Youve quite a flair for fashion there!!

There were two highlights to the evening tonight. One was the yummy brownies that Karen kindly bought for us all to enjoy and secondly were the chips that Nigel went and got from the chippy and kindly allowed us all to partake off!

As always, it was a lovely evening with lovely people doing something good for a lovely charity. We hope that the items you sell on Vinted make lots of money for the charity.
