Mrs S had been visited by her niece this morning so was in good spirits when I arrived.

She enjoyed updating me on an exciting call with British Gas who told her there is a cheque on its way to her to repay the excessive balance that has accrued on her account.

She really enjoyed our trip down memory lane last week and wanted me to google lots of famous people names to see how old they are (if still alive), or were when they died.

Her niece is also helping her get Netflix on her TV so she can watch more of the type of programme and films she likes. In readiness for this she asked me to retune her TV as there had been some channel updates so I stayed a bit longer to do this for her.
