Anthony did his first delivery round after previously helping sort food inside the Ladywood hub. There was a lot to get used to, as our other delivery veterans have mastered over the weeks. But he was soon getting the hang of finding addresses, contacting the recipients and handing over food at the doorstep safely. In total he dropped off 17 bags to 10 addresses around Birmingham.

Today there was some Halal food and specific items to cater for allergies among the food parcels. He found it quite enlightening to meet the people who were receiving the food and it was clear how much they needed this lifeline and were grateful for it.
