Goodgym Haringeys Niamh ran to Bloomsbury to buy groceries for Ms F who has issues carrying heavy items due to pain. After some issues finding the address, we had excellent discussions on food, and descriptions of where to find items in the store, and off I set to find the things on the list. Was pretty lucky that nearly everything was available and brought the haul back and restocked cupboards and fridge before saying cheerio to and Ms F and heading homeward again. Mission successful
