Spring clean
2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Islington.

After saying hello to Ms F and her delightful neighbour, Stuart and I made light work of removing a bed and dismantling another so that a hospital bed could be delivered.
Ms F was very thankful and we had a nice chat with her neighbour before heading our separate ways.
Stuart mentioned that this was his third mission of day.....really great work and I hope you enjoyed the well deserved shortbread!
