Another magnificent time had at Mosaic, Brent's LGBT centre for youths.

Baltic winds, icy rain and a Broadchurch finale on the telly, all good reasons to stay indoors this Monday eve, right? WRONG!!!! Team GoodGym bucked that trend and got busy on the streets of Brent

The run to Mosaic was swift, moving in formation like a wolf pack through the darkness...... Howllllll in the hell are we coping with this cold? Is that more rain? MoSayit ain't so Footsteps in sync, sharp intakes of breath... keep moving, keep moving... Not dribbling, face is frozen. Thank goodness, before we know it, we arrive at the destination in record time. Monday Madness at Marvellous Mosaic.

Underneath the rainbow banner we're welcomed with open arms and the timer is set. Presented with a list...... a full page of A4..... GULP, lets see how far we can get! Watch out 40minutes of non-stop, goodgyming to the clock, we love a challenge, lets go!

Hoover, sweep, polish, empty. Buff it, clear that, clean it, bin it. To a soundtrack of cheesy pop and 90s girl band heaven, Coralie's window clean Twerk technique. I bet your bottom dollar she put Miley to shame.

TIMES UP...... JOB DONE Now hit the streets once more for the final challenge of the night.

A steady pace heading out and we are royally ready for the last challenge of the night..... The Queens Park 1Mile time trial. No nonsense, no fuss this team is fierce, into the night, they're off. Just enough time to send a tweet and already I can see them in the distance, hurtling towards the finish line.....STOOPPPPP Gasping for air, cheeks rosy in A Royal Flush Should have worked them harder, they look far too happy for my liking, next time twice round I think!!

A comfy jog takes us the 2 last miles back home to base and that's it for another month, February done.

One last thought.... "No need to panic, we can watch Broadchurch on catch-up"..... The silver lining on a fabulously colourful night!
