Sofa-sticated Mission

Three GG runners met near Bermondsey station to help prepare downstairs living room for Ms Y, who is waiting to be shortly discharged from hospital. She has been in the hospital since April this year and – as her step-daughter said – can’t wait to be back home :).

We started the job right after a very warm welcome from Ms Y’s family. Our first task was to move the sofa from the living room upstairs. The second task covered bringing a mattress into the living room. Nice & easy!

The mission has been fully accomplished and Ms Y’s step-daughter was very glad and thankful for the help. Such a ‘good’ start of this long weekend!
