Tonight was our first task of 2022 and it was great to get out and start dealing with the extra Christmas podge that I seem to had put on! The 4 of us tonight started the task with a 3.5km run before hitting the streets for a much needed litter pick.

The amount of rubbish around was staggering, very sad to see, we ended up filling our bags in only 30 minutes. We played the litter-pick cup tonight, Face Masks vs Beer Cans - Face masks won 6-4 in the end, tune in next time for the next round!

Another highlight was litter picking in the apparent 'narrowest street in the world' Parliment Street. 25 inches wide at its narrowest point we had to think thin to get out.

We're back out again on Sunday afternoon, helping to shift some paving slabs, sign up by clicking here if you'd like to join us
