Arrived to find Mrs B waiting at the gate... A warmer welcome I couldn't have received.

Such a nice lady and a nice cuppa n choccy biscuit was greatly appreciated.

I only wish I had time to complete the task, but there is a good housing manager who will re-refere I am sure.
