Another opportunity to mow the lawn but, very excitingly, a new pair of shears to help with the edging! Fortunately the lawn wasn't as long as the last time :-)

Patrick set to work joining the multiple extension leads only to find the mower want happy. A quick reset and all was fine for a good 90 seconds. There was a lot of reseting and we took the opportunity to empty the mower each time we walked back to the magic button - multi-tasking skills!

It was a very warm afternoon so the grass was lovely and dry, the lushness meant we still filled five bags with grass clippings and tidied edges.

Lots of chat about all things GoodGym and LifeCycle, Patrick cooled down with a mug of black coffee whilst Melanie went more traditional with a pint of water whilst dreaming of ice-cream.

Might need to take our own extension lead of there's a next time!
