Scrubbed up well!

A group of four of us headed to the Yalding Healthy Living Centre which is run by Age UK. Our task entitled “Box Scrub” was a follow up to the morning’s task of delivering Tesco food to local people.

Our role was to clean the plastic boxes which were used to deliver the shopping, and to clean the delivery vans for tomorrow’s repeat task. It was a lovely day so we were able to do the task outdoors. It was great to hear that Age UK like to deliver the food to local people so that they can give them a more personal service which is essential especially for those who might not see anyone else that day.
