1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Bristol.

Out running on a very blustery afternoon to pick up a few items for Mr J.
Halfway there the sideways wind decided to chuck some hail at me too and it felt good to reach the sanctuary of Mr J’s apartment block.
All items were found at his local CoOp although I had to substitute the requested TV Times for a Radio Times, but at least it gave me a pun to use with this report 😜
