1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Camden.

Mrs M greeted me at the door at 9am and off I went with 3 missions , PostOffice, TV licence payment and Tesco shopping. I got everything she needed and stayed to chat with her for a bit. It’s a good start for my weekend. If you are reading this report and know someone you know might enjoy helping people, don’t hesitate and invite them to our happy GoodGym family.
