2 GoodGymers made their way 4.0km to help the The Canal and River Trust in Birmingham.

Tonight it was just myself and Rob, so yep we decided just to go for a nice steady run around the centre.
We ran via Brindley Place, then up around Colmore Row and back to 1000 Trades.
