Running ahead!
3 GoodGymers made their way 4.0km to help the Clitterhouse Farm House in Brent.

Samina and Liz met in the park on a sweltering hot Monday evening for a short warm-up. They then began a slow jog to Clittehouse farm.
They ran ahead and arrived early, but Anika was ready to give them a warm welcome. A little later, they were joined by Becka. Guiliano also popped by to say 'Hi'.
The task was to run ahead and plan for winter. The GGs dug up the nasturshams in preparation for the sowing of the winter veg.
Once the task was complete, the team helped with some weeding, before another slow jog.
