It was too hot to run today so I decided to power walk up the hill to meet Ms M, and even that got me dripping in sweat! Ms M was ready with her shopping list and cash as usual and told me she was very grateful for the help. When I got to Sainsburys I got to witness first hand the 'pingdemic' with a lot of random things out of stock and some empty shelves. Nevertheless I did well and got most things on the list. I sweated my way back to Ms M to drop it off and off I went home.
