5 GoodGymers celebrated Valentines with some great solo running, looking for heart shapes, and random acts of kindness!
In lockdown times I think you got to celebrate anything you possibly can! What could be better than going out running, looking for heart shapes and carrying out random acts of kindness for Valentines!
Jo spotted some very sweet love heart sweets, placed on benches during her run- someone else must have been out there spreading good vibes in the community! Yay! She also captured a very good heart shaped tree log.
Lucy R did a 10 k run in the pouring rain to deliver some home baked brownies to a friend. Fantastic work!
Tom and myself delivered handy down kids clothes to some friends. It's not so easy to go clothes shopping at the moment so we hope they come in handy!
Hopefully it won't be too long till we can be out there running and doing good together again! Miss you all! Keep safe, keep running and keep doing good!
