The great thing about Mr R's recurring mission is that I receive the transcript of the shopping list beforehand. This time I had to buy "Bocelli". If you wonder what Mr R meant, it is precisely what you think - not a ticket to the Italian tenor's concert.

After coming back from Sainsbury's with Bocelli and other goods I helped Mr R with putting his house key safely into a newly installed lockbox. He was very grateful for the help and didn't want any refunds this time. Job's a good'un.

Highlights on the way:

  1. Jumping over a filthy old mattress (so GoodGym does obstacle races!)

  2. Not-so-ugly ducklings (how are the coot babies called?)

  3. Indian wedding dresses (I couldn't miss those even in sunglasses!)

  4. A litter picking happening by the canal (sorry, didn't join)

  5. Weighted jog on the way back (yes, I couldn't resist buying those liquid and powdery plant proteins while in Saino's!)
