On a beautiful sunny afternoon nice to take a break from work and cycle around the Royal Docks. The friendly pharmacist had everything ready to deliver to Mr A, and this sent me back home through North Woolwich. Mr A's family were visiting and were pleased to receive his medication. A nice pootle back along the river past the thames barrier and then back on Tower Hamlets home turf.
