This task turned out to be a lot simpler than expected. Mrs A's exterior letterbox cover was missing and had recently had a firework posted through it. I simply removed the broken letterbox and replaced it with the new one provided by a very grateful Mrs A. I think it made her day to finally have it fixed and her gratitude made my day too. This is what I signed up for....next!
