Regular weekly shop for my older neighbours who are self-isolating

I've built up a friendly relationship with an older couple who live just opposite me and have been instructed by letter to self-isolate for a period of time. I'm doing some regular shops for them which is much appreciated by them, and is also having the added benefit of making me happier! It feels good to be helping someone else.
