5 GoodGymers made their way to have an amazing time in Redbridge.

after some well deserved refreshments to round off the celebratory group run (back to where it all started, Wanstead Community Allotments), a select few of the regular Redbridge crew made their way to the local watering hole for a drink to toast the first birthday of GoodGym Redbridge.
