When I arrived I immediately felt comfortable in Miss T's presence, and we got to chatting straight away - about her home, gardening, travelling and country life. We then got cracking with the main task at hand (filling out a housing form on her tablet) which went quite smoothly and we made lots of progress. Miss T remarked that she was almost emotional at how much of a help I had been and she was looking forward to finishing this form off at a later date. She was such a nice person and I had a great time!
