RD shadowing
1 GoodGymer made their way to help their local community in Stockport.

Shadowed the RD (Stephen) at Fletcher Moss parkrun event #199. Helped set up, organise volunteers, funnel manage and clear up at the end. 347 people completed the 5 km course on a warm spring morning.
Collected another 3 bags of street litter with Juno in Longsight. Had a chat with the council arranged waste collection person who was able to pick it up. Birchfields Park wasn't too bad by the end.
