Ran to Bow to shop in Tesco
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Tower Hamlets.

A quick dash down the canal towpath led me to Miss R’s local Tesco.
After swiftly picking up some essentials and a quick 3 minute walk I dropped of the items and headed back with running light at the ready.
