Rake, Rake, Rake, Senora, Rake your body line

Four Goodgymmers came together on a crisp Saturday Morning to try and set the world to rights whilst raking up cut grass for placement on the compost pile.

Always lovely to be back helping at Fulham Palace, where some wild meadow seeds will be scattered soon to give areas some blooming lovely flowers.

It was great to see you all and we all enjoyed a little nipple and coffee at the cafe before heading out for the rest of our day.
