A cork tile that is.

Last nights run was filled with total, utter girl power!

It was a windy cold evening and the ladies did not disappoint. 5 ladies showed up for our task last night.

We met at our usual spot. The London Aquatics Centre.

Before setting off to Durning Hall to stick some Cork Tiles on the wall.

We got a real production line going with a few of ladies measuring and cutting the tiles, I placed the adhesive on the tiles, some of the other ladies spread the adhesive over the tiles and a few others stuck the tiles on to the wall.

All in all it was a brilliant effort all around and the ladies definitely proved to be super good at the DIY job.

We made our way back to the London Aquatics centre in no time, with some intervals along the way.

To round up the evening we did a little spot of conditioning before stretching out our legs.

Fantastic work ladies!

Bring back "The Spice Girls" Girl Power!
