It is that time of the year again where some planning ahead is sensible, like in talking to the crew about bringing their head torches and such.... would be a good idea if I'd check my own as well!

Luckily the rain & drizzle slowed down and just about disappeared when we came out of our little room to set to tonights task - the never ending process of tidying up the car park, leaves everywhere from October till... what feels like September! There was no trouble filling up the large green bin most of the way, sweeping up all around... which led to a discussion of whether pulling or pushing the leaves was the better option. In the end I don't think we reached a consensus, a mix of both providing the best workout for the arms & shoulders.

With the darker times, a run along lit streets was preferred over chasing laps round the green, so off we went, a detour along the way to challenge some of the runners a little more.

Thanks all for joining in, see you next time!

P.S... John is a bit camera-shy, hence 5 in the group picture, not 6
