Brighton

Mission

Pruning in the rain

2 GoodGymers made their way to help an isolated older person in Brighton.

Sunday, 21st of January 2018

On a very wet and windy afternoon Amro and I set about trimming a large out of control bush for Mr. A and his fellow residents. The berry bush had seen better days and needed cutting back to re-grow in in the summer.

After this we cleared the patio so the residents could use it again before getting rid . Mr. A was really pleased with how much we achieved and is hoping for missions in the next few months to get the garden ready for some summer parties for all the residents!

After a welcome cup of tea and a chat with the residents we made a quick dash home to dry off and warm up!
